Description
Villa Mia is located in Dubrovnik, less than 10 minutes drive from the Old Town and 7 minutes walk from beautiful Lapad Bay.
Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out , so you can explore the city a little more before your departure.
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).
This lovely double room can accommodate up to two persons.
It features double bed, air-conditioning, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Private bathroom comes with shower.
Baby cot is available upon request.
Bounded by the forested Petka hills on one side and the crest of Babin Kuk on the other, Lapad Bay is a busy string of pebble beaches, beachfront hotels and promenades. There are plenty of diversions here, both in and out of the water, including a kids playgrounds and lots of cafes and bars.
The part of the town, where this apartments are located, is very popular because everything you may need is near the accommodation and guests can reach Old Town in less then 10 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk. Grocery store, bus station, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 200 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATMs. Nearest beach is 7 minutes walk from the apartment.

Date of stay: August 2016Great location: on a main junction, 8 min away by bus from the buzzing Old City, Villa Mia is surrounded by 24 hour bus/taxi, supermarket, good reasonable local eateries, beaches(private nooks and crannies nestled in the rocks by the waterside, accessible via an 'eatery' street) Our apartment was to a very high standard: modern, clean, well stocked fresh linen &, toiletries, good wifi &, TV, fully equipped smart kitchen plus some basic kitchen ingredients, We had a small balcony that was sufficient for our use, I would rate this better than just 'standard', Lusy is very bubbly and extremely helpful with local info, She is close at hand but out of sight until you need her, The luxury holiday touches of a welcome bowl of chocolates, Ozujsko on a hot day and also of grapes from her mother's garden were a very hospitable touch, I would certainly recommend Villa Mia for comfort, quality and location,

Date of stay: August 2016Used apartment 2a as our base for the last few days of our Croatian holiday, Lusy was very welcoming and hospitable even though we arrived early, She took the time to explain the apartment amenities and also bus routes into Dubrovnik itself and good local restaurants and beaches, This proved very helpful to find our feet in the local area, The accommodation was very clean and, although small, it was as expected from the photos, We were provided with plenty of fluffy towels and the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, Lapad is an area outside Dubrovnik, about a 10 min bus ride away and this proved a great base as Lusy explained parking and driving into the old town wasn't advisable, We choose to dine locally on most days and the range and quality of local restaurants was very good, Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at Lusy's apartment and thank her for her hospitality,

Date of stay: June 2016Where do we begin? my boyfriend and I chose the location and apartment a week before we arrived and what can I say other than it exceeded our expectations,, Location PERFECT, Hospitality OUTSTANDING, Accommodation, clean, with all the right amenities, fresh towels, shower AMAZING, wifi, air conditioning all in full working order, Satalite TV up and running not that we watched very much as there really is so much to do,,,, Luci our Host and her husband made us feel very welcome and relaxed , she even left us a bowl of Croatian sweets one evening after cleaning the appartment which was a nice touch,,, We were armed with a map of places to visit, given first hand advice on the best bars beaches and restaurants courtesy of Luci which was a huge plus,, Unbeknown to Luci we like to enjoy our own company and respect our privacy which we certainly got from her but she gave us the option to contact her mobile even though she was a stone throw away if we felt the need but never bothered us whilst we were there, WE LOVED it and certainly planning to return again later this year,,, Oh Luci even gave us a lift back to the airport for a small fee,, All in All a fantastic trip and a double thumbs up from us,,
