We were three friends spending a couple of days here and can warmly recommend this apartment, The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable and the same goes for the bedroom, Nice with two balconies, one to dry your swimwear and one to observe the spectacular sunset and view from, The owners live on the bottom floor and they were very helpful and serviceminded and so flexible, One thing, this part of town is high up so make sure you are ok with climbing stairs before you book, The plus is that both the beach and the main entrance to the old town is in the bottom of the stairs so this is very central,

The apartament is very confortable for a family of 4, It has a beautiful balcony with The perfect view of Dubrovnik, But this view comes with a &quot, price&quot,: you should be really fit or willing to become fit during your stay, by climbing around 400 steps, from old town to the apartament,

Fantastic apartment, great position and views but 399 stairs to get from old town to room, Worth it though if you are fit!

I stayed at the one bedroom apartment with two friends and it was good we get on well, We were trying to save money, but on reflection, the apartment was a bit small for three of us, but that was our choice, We managed to get a taxi to drop us off on the road and had a fair few steps to get to the apartment after that, but you really do get used to climbing the stairs in Dubrovnik! The apartment was basic and somewhere to rest your head, with a few pots and pans to eat a light meal, but not somewhere where you would want to be catering for all meals, but that suited us fine, It was clean and well maintained and the family were very welcoming, They left us a welcome pack of essentials and brought us home made cake for breakfast on Sunday, a real nice personal touch, The balcony suited 2 people and the views couldn't have been better, with an amazing view of the old city, It was 333 steps from the apartment to the city gate, but you really do get used to them, We climbed them back again a few times, but mostly after a full day out, we got a taxi back from outside the old city gate to the apartment cost about 60 Kuna, We roughly said that was about £6, so £2 each was a bargain! Dubrovnik has lots to offer and people were friendly, It was a very clean city and we all felt safe, We would definitely go again and would be happy with the apartment, but maybe go for a two bed,
