Each house has two bathrooms. In one of the houses, the bathrooms are with a bathtub, in the other house there is a shower. In addition to the four bathrooms, there are also separate toilets, so it doesn't matter if you are traveling with a large group or not. There will be no queues. Both houses can accommodate up to 12 people and have their own terrace. The houses are built in a modern style with light brown wood tones and are located in the middle of an orchard. Inside, you can even smell a light wood scent that really makes you feel like you are in the Czech nature. But what makes this group location so unique? We'll be happy to tell you. In one of the houses, there is a separate room that is accessible to all guests. Here you will find a wine cellar - with a matching vinotheque - and a beer tap, so you can relax after an exciting day with a cold beer in hand. The public area has its own bar and enough space, both inside and outside, to give everyone a seat. In the warm summer months, you can relax in the large swimming pond, which consists of a deep and a shallower part. Both holiday homes have well-functioning WiFi that can withstand even a larger group. Even on the hottest summer days, sufficient air conditioning ensures cooling. While these accommodations in Smrček are ideal for a wedding or family celebration, they are also the perfect starting point for an eventful holiday.
