Description

Our accommodation in Smrček, located in the middle of an orchard, consists of two houses with two apartments each. We rent two of these four apartments individually, but there is also the possibility of renting the entire location for a group trip, wedding or other event.

Both houses are modernly built and have large windows for plenty of natural light. The houses are built in light brown wood tones, so you can immerse yourself in the Czech nature without having to sacrifice luxury. The first apartment is an apartment that can accommodate up to six people. Although there are two apartments in one house, each apartment has its own entrance. In this apartment you will find three double beds, two of them in the private bedroom and one on the mezzanine. For hot summer days there is air conditioning and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, Tchibo capsule coffee machine and fridge with freezer. In one of the two houses you will find a public space that is accessible to all travelers. Whether only one apartment is rented, or the entire location. There is a wine shop, a beer tap, but also a covered terrace where you can enjoy the best games. There is a grill and meat can even be ordered in advance, so you can organize a delicious barbecue during your Czech sun holiday. Would you like to use this? The apartment has its own terrace where you can relax with a refreshing pivo or a warming cup of tea after a long journey of exploring the Czech Republic. There is also a swimming pond where you can swim laps or cool off from the warm Czech summer sun.
