Our unique accommodations in Smrček, in the middle of an orchard, consist of two houses, each with four tasteful apartments. You have the option to rent individual apartments, but there is also the option to rent the entire location exclusively for (business) group trips, weddings or other special occasions.

The houses have a modern architecture with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. They are made of light brown wood and blend perfectly with the surrounding Czech nature, so you can enjoy a luxurious stay.

Both apartments can accommodate up to six people. Although there are two apartments in one house, each apartment has its own entrance. The two apartments that we offer separately are both in their own building and do not share a house. In this apartment you will find a double bed and four single beds. The double bed has its own bedroom and in the other you will find two single beds that can also be pushed together. The other two single beds are in the attic. The apartment has a spacious space that smells of wood. It has a private entrance, well-functioning WiFi and air conditioning for the hot summer days. There are two bedrooms, two toilets and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, an oven, a Tchibo capsule coffee machine and a fridge with a freezer. In one of our charming houses there is a common room that is accessible to all travelers, regardless of whether you rent an apartment or the entire location. Here you will find a wine shop and a beer tap, as well as a covered terrace where you can enjoy fun games.
