Description

Beautifully located cottage in the 1st row next to the sea and the child-friendly sandy beach at Øster Hurup. Bright living room with beautiful views to the water and in open connection with the kitchen. Exit to three terraces, one of which is covered and faces the water and solarium. There are two double bedrooms, one room with two bunk beds and one room with a sofa bed. Bathroom and good utility room. The house is located at the end of a small gravel road in a quiet cottage area down to the sea. Good grounds with swings, sandpit and fire pit as well as plenty of space in the many cozy nooks around the house. Not for rent to youth groups.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hauses sind wunderbar, Der freie Blick auf die Ostsee von der überdachten Terrasse sind ein großes Argument für das Haus, Man kann trotz der ruhigen Lage schnell nach Aalborg, Randers, Hadsund, und findet auch fußläufig alles in Oster Hurup: Dagli Brugsen, Bäcker, sehr gute Restaurants, Eiscafés,,,
