The cottage emphasizes the environment and health. There are Genvex systems in the house that clean and reuse the air. The terrace is secluded to the west, from where the sunset can be enjoyed. The house is surrounded by large trees, which provide good shelter. There is a swing. The house is located in a quiet and scenic area that encourage walking and biking. Blot ca. 500 m away there is a fishing lake and a 27-hole golf course. Not for rent to youth groups.
