Holiday home in the highest quality and with a perfect location in quiet surroundings only approx. 400 m from the most beautiful bathing beach with bathing jetty in Bratten. The ideal holiday home for the large family who wants lots of activities, good facilities and the most cozy holiday home atmosphere. The cottage is tastefully decorated, modern and well-appointed. The cottage is equipped with a good activity room with both table tennis, pool table, air hockey, darts and thus a guarantee for many fun hours. The style is modern and functional. There are three large, bright bedrooms with good beds and closet space, loft with good stairs and mattresses and TV for the cozy days. Open hallway with combined washer and dryer. Two good bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, one of which has a whirlpool for cozy moments. The heart of the cottage consists of a large and open living room with good acoustics in connection with the well-equipped kitchen. There is room for everyone to meet and enjoy cooking, meals, games, a good movie, etc. In the living room there is a Bluetooth speaker. The room has several windows, so the fascinating, North Jutland light flows in, and on hot days you can open up to the terrace. The terraces around the house have plenty of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around. On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and ball games. In addition, the house is equipped with geothermal heat, so small heating costs can be expected.

Das Hauskonzept ist nicht durchdacht, Das Elternschlafzimmer (Doppelbett) hat Ã¼ber der TÃ¼r einen Glaseinsatz, hierdurch wird jedes Licht im Flur zur Beleuchtung des Zimmers, Da Ã¼ber den BÃ¤dern ebenfalls GlaseinsÃ¤tze sind, fÃ¼hrt dies dazu, dass bei jedem Badbesuch in der Nacht, das "Elternschlafzimmer" voll erleuchtet wird, / In einem Haus fÃ¼r bis zu 10 Personen (von diesem Schreiber auf keinem Fall empfohlen), gibt es tatsÃ¤chlich nur 4 Kleiderhaken im Flur fÃ¼r Jacken (Regen?????), Die Ã¼berdachte Terrasse ist mit bereits zerrissener Folie abgedeckt, Bei Regen, ist die "Ã¼berdachte Terrasse" nicht nutzbar, Die Schlafzimmer insgesamt sind zu klein, Das Aufstellen eines Kinderbetts ist nur in einem, und dies mit Schwierigkeiten mÃ¶glich, / / Die AuÃenanlagen des Hauses sind Klasse, / FÃ¼r die Kinder ist hier voll und ganz gesorgt, Sandkasten mit Sandspielzeug, Schaukel und Rutsche, Trampolin, FuÃballtore und ein Beachvolleyballfeld!!!! gerade auch fÃ¼r die GroÃen,

Der groÃe Wohnbereich mit super KÃ¼che, sehr gute Betten, Duschen und die schÃ¶ne Terrasse / Der ganze aussen Bereich, Leider wurde der Defekt Sonnenschirm vom EigentÃ¼mer abgeholt und wir hatten keinen Ersatz hÃ¤tten einen gebraucht schade!!!!!
