There is an open kitchen-dining room with direct access to the west-facing and partially covered terrace, three double bedrooms and closet space and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The cottage is well insulated and heated primarily by an energy-friendly air / air heat pump, which also ensures a good indoor climate. The house is located on a large plot with plenty of space for ball games and play. Please note that the house has Smart TV, which means that you can choose which streaming services you want to use during your stay (there is no TV package registered). Toftum is a quiet and cozy plantation area with forest and heather-covered areas. A cycle path leads right past Toftum and by following this, you will be led all around the island. Not for rent to youth groups.
