Well-located cottage on two levels. From the 1st floor there is a 180 degree sea view of Ho Bay and the child-friendly beach in Hjerting, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage was restored in 2019 and furnished with kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. From the house there is access to an enclosed garden where you can grill and have fun. The garden is shared with another tenant. Approx. 200 meters from the cottage there is a large, green area with petanque courts and a large nature playground. Not for rent to youth groups.

In der Beschreibung des Ferienhauses war nicht deutlich erkennbar, dass sich der Hauptteil der Wohnung im ersten Stockwerk des Hauses befindet, sich das Badezimmer inklusive einziger Toilette allerdings im Erdgeschoss befindet, Die Treppe ist unheimlich steil, so dass das Haus unserer Auffassung nach fÃ¼r Familien mit kleineren Kindern schlecht geeignet ist, jedenfalls dann, wenn sie bereits eigenstÃ¤ndig nachts auf Toilette gehen, Das Haus hat einen direkten Zugang zum Strand, Allerdings handelt es sich hierbei nicht um einen Badestrand sondern um das Wattenmeer, MÃ¶chte man daher einen breiten Sandstrand zum Baden haben, muss man ca, 30 Kilometer weiter nÃ¶rdlich fahren, Der Ort hat eine Standpromenade, die nur 3 GeschÃ¤fte, 1 Restaurant und 1 Eisdiele enthÃ¤lt, Das Eis ist sehr lecker, Ein Einkaufsbummel ist aber sehr schnell vorbei, Auch dies ist deutlich vielfÃ¤ltiger 30 Kilometer weiter nÃ¶rdlich, Sehenswert ist das Vikingercenter in Ribe, Hier kann man sich mehrere Stunden aufhalten, Der Besuch ist fÃ¼r Kinder sehr kurzweilig und interessant,
