On a magnificent dune plot with a beautiful view and a short distance to the beach in Rindby on Fanø is this energy-friendly lovely cottage. Super nice and elegant cottage with many details - both double carport and energy-saving underfloor heating throughout. Practical interior with entrance hall / utility room with space for outerwear, 4 lovely bedrooms which all have direct access to terraces with both morning and evening sun and 2 delicious bathrooms with bath and sauna for wellness. To the south / west, the cottage has large and beautiful glass sections with beautiful views and a well-equipped kitchen with i.a. Quooker (instant hot water), where everyone can take part in culinary events. The dining area is separated from the living room by a beautiful fireplace / wood stove that can be enjoyed from all sides. A super nice and exciting holiday home in solid materials and with lovely open and covered terraces sheltered by the dunes. A super modern and exciting holiday home with a really nice location and lots of good experiences. From the cottage and the dune top there is a fantastic view of the whole area with the North Sea in the background. Free final cleaning!
