The large glass part of the living room in front of the partially covered terrace ensures a good light. The cottage is cheap in consumption as there is a good heat pump and wood burning stove. There are at least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels and at least 4 German channels. In addition, there are good parking options on the plot in front of the house. The area is a central starting point for experiencing many of North Jutland's attractions, such as Skagen, the West Coast and Aalborg. The fishing town of Sæby is located approx. 10 km from the house and offers good shopping, a cozy harbor and several restaurants.
