The house was nicely renovated in 2014 and furnished with living room in open connection with the kitchen, two bedrooms and two extra beds in the living room and bathroom with underfloor heating. The incidence of light is due to the large windows at the very top, so the living room appears bright and appealing. The house is heated with an air to air heat pump. The house has an additional wood stove for cosiness and cheap heating. There is a small, covered terrace as well as 100 m & # 178; large solarium. From the living room and solarium there are views of dunes. On the terrace there is garden furniture and barbecue. The plot is a common, hilly dune plot, which borders directly on the beach at Rødhus. In the area there is a common playground with ball field, swings, sandpit and slide. Not for rent to youth groups. Free access to water park in Blokhus.
