Holiday home approx. 300 m from the roaring North Sea. The cottage appears bright with open kitchen / living room. The kitchen has i.a. dishwasher, ceramic hob / stove and access to the large terrace. Living room with wood burning stove, modern furniture and flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the other terrace. Bathroom with shower, bathing environment, washing machine and underfloor heating. The house is located on a 1260 m & # 178; large natural plot with views of the dunes / landscape from the house's two terraces. Not for rent to youth groups.
