Description

Cottage overlooking water and lake, one of the best locations in the area. The house is an end house, which also provides peace and quiet. On the 1st floor there is a balcony overlooking the area. Large, bright dining / living room with direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD player and radio. Large, well-equipped kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, microwave and extractor hood. Three bright bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the 1st floor, where from one there is access to a balcony overlooking the area. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a whirlpool for 2 people and a sauna for 6 people. The bathroom also has underfloor heating, shower, washer and dryer. The common area also offers a playground, beach volleyball, football field and large common lawns with plenty of space for play. Free access to tennis court. Not for rent to youth groups.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne, zum Meer ist es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und es liegt in einer sehr sehr sauberen und gepflegten Ferienhausanlage, Ein ebenerdiges Schlafzimmer ist besonders für Senioren die mitreisen sehr angenehm, Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, für die Terrassenmöbel waren auch genügend Auflagen vorhanden, Es sind Spiele und DVDs vorhanden, Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt,
