The cottage is peacefully located on a south-facing plot and on the partially covered terrace the sun can be enjoyed completely undisturbed. The cottage is ideally divided into a large living area with a nice kitchen, bright and fully integrated conservatory and living room with fireplace and sofa group as well as a room section with separate parent section and children / teenage section, each with its own bathroom. Exit from the conservatory to the terrace / garden. For the children there is a swing and playhouse. Not for rent to youth groups.
