On the 1st floor there are two large rooms with a double beds and in one there is a real cot with duvet and pillow and exit to the swallow-terrace. The bathroom is on the ground floor. Large wooden terrace with plenty of space for barbecue, cosiness and sunbathing. Large plot with space for ball games and play. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
