The apartment is part of a terraced house building, where, among other things. has shared laundry facilities and a wonderful large playground for the children. In 2012, the house had a nice new kitchen installed. The kitchen is in open connection with cozy living room with wood stove. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom and a nice bathroom with shower. On the first floor of the house there are two cozy rooms. From the living room there is access to a nice partially covered terrace, from which you have a view of the playground, so you have the opportunity to keep an eye on the children while they play, while you sit and enjoy yourself on the terrace. Free access to swimming pool in Oksbøl in 2021. Free final cleaning!
