From the living room there is access to a nice almost closed terrace, where you can enjoy a barbecue in the warm summer evenings. On the plot there is also plenty of space for the children to play ball, as well as play with a swing and sandbox. 2017 new bathroom with underfloor heating. Free final cleaning!
