The cottage is energy saving as there is an air / air heat pump. There is also a washer and dryer. There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy in the swimming area by the pool, and there is internet as well as cable TV with many channels. In the garden on the 1959 m2 large plot there is the possibility to use swings and sandpit just as there is a large terrace, which invites to barbecue and sunbathing. Not for rent to youth groups.
