Description:
In the popular area Grønhøj you will find this well-appointed cottage with whirlpool and sauna. The cottage has an open kitchen in connection with the living room and dining area. In the living room there is a wood burning stove and there is also a heat pump installed, which ensures good and cheap heating of the house, even in the winter. For the active part of the holiday, there are e.g. activity room with billiards, table tennis and game console. The interior of the house with 10 beds makes it suitable for several families. There are three bathrooms, all with underfloor heating, and one has a hot tub and sauna. There are several places in the cottage where there is access to a nice terrace area. Here are all the options for sun and shade. Part of the large terrace is also covered, so there is plenty of opportunity to grill and enjoy the warm summer evenings. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
