Holiday home with modern decor in scenic and quiet surroundings in the middle of Kongsmark. The house has been thoroughly renovated and the latest extension is from 2021. The new well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob is in open connection with the living room, where there is a wood stove, which provides many cozy hours. TV with Danish and German channels and internet are also available here. There are 2 large terraces + 1 smaller covered in front of the house, and there is direct access to the terrace from both the kitchen and the living room. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds and 2 nice bathrooms with & # 160; shower. There is both a washer and dryer in the house. The house is heated by a heat pump, which ensures fresh and allergy-friendly air while saving energy. There is free access to the water park in Skærbæk. Not for rent to youth groups.

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet mit einer schönen, großen Terrasse und einer schönen Kinderschaukel, Die Lage ist schön ruhig, aber leider für uns ein wenig zu weit weg vom Hauptstrand und den Geschäften, Leider fehlt auch eine Mikrowelle, dieses war leider sehr schade!
