Description

At Hejlsminde you will find this high-rise cottage with a beautiful view of the area and the sea. The cottage was renovated in 2018 with i.a. new kitchen. Here you get a total of 79 well-utilized m2, where the heart of the house is the large kitchen / living room, where light flows in from the windows to the south / west. There are three bedrooms. In the garden you have several different options to have breakfast / dinner or dinner, as there are several terraces around the house. Here you will find several sets of garden furniture as well as sun loungers. Approx. 40 meters from the cottage you will find a large playground with e.g. football goal. The cottage is located with a short walk of approx. 350 meters close to the water and the active marina. Not for rent to youth groups.
