Description

Cottage with whirlpool and sauna located a few minutes walk from the water and on the outskirts of Øster Hurup town. Large and bright living room in open connection with the kitchen and dining area with both wood stove and heat pump. Via Boxer, there is only ZDF of German channels. Of Danish channels, there are DR1, DR2, Ramasjang and TV2. In addition, there is SVT1 and NRK1 as well as Chromecast. There are two bedrooms with 3/4 beds and two twin bedrooms. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower, one of which has a sauna and whirlpool. From the living room and kitchen there is access to a large terrace and garden, where there is plenty of space for ball games and play. In addition, the house is not far from a common lawn with football goals and sandpit. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
