From here there is direct access to the wooden terrace, where you can sit undisturbed and grill while the children play in the backyard. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a large, well-functioning loft with window and double bed that can be used by both children and adults. The bathroom is older but in good condition and there is access from the bathroom to a depot, which has previously been used as a sauna. The cottage has an energy-saving air / air heat pump, which ensures a good indoor climate. The garden is landscaped with lawn, so there is room for both ball games and play. In Arrild Ferieby there is a public playground, swimming pool, mini golf and fishing lake. Not for rent to youth groups.
