Description

Well-appointed cottage in Gedesby approx. 250 meters to the coast and the good child-friendly sandy beach in Gedesby. In the house there is a sauna, whirlpool, bathroom and guest toilet both with underfloor heating. There is an open kitchen with many appliances, including dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave. In the living room there is a good dining area and comfortable furniture. From the living room there is access to the covered and open terrace, where it is possible to grill and frolic on the large plot as well as sunbathe on sun loungers. There are three bedrooms divided into double bed sheets, two single beds and two single beds, which can be pushed together into a double bed. You have many opportunities to enjoy yourself, as there is free wireless internet, Smart TV and Apple TV. Just like there is washing machine available. For the little ones there is a cot and high chair. The house is energy friendly as there is air / air heat pump and wood burning stove. The cottage is located in a quieter area at the end of a cul de sac with a short distance to good sandy beach and forest. Not for rent to youth groups.
