On the 1st floor there are three large bedrooms, a unique bathroom with whirlpool and sea view as well as a large living room with many cozy nooks and access to an east-facing roof terrace and loft and activity room with i.a. pool table. The house is located only 50 meters from the Kattegat on a large plot with its own lake and plenty of space for relaxation, ball games and play. Not for rent to youth groups.
