It is quick to take the towel to the beach and take a dip at the marina. The house contains a large living room in open connection with the kitchen and with large windows facing the garden, which provide a good light. There is a spacious hallway, three bedrooms with closet space and a bathroom with shower. One double bed is a 1 1/2 man bed. There are good terraces around most of the house, which makes it always possible to find sun by the house. In addition, there is a carport.
