Description

Well-appointed cottage very close to the water and in a quiet cottage area by Kongsmark Strand. The cottage was renovated in 2021 with i.a. new bathroom and has an open kitchen in connection with the living room and dining area. There is access from the living room as well as the room to the terrace and garden. Here are several possible activities, including darts, game console and exercise equipment. Large double bedroom and in a separate section are the house's two other rooms. Around the house there are several cozy nooks where sun or shade can be enjoyed. In the garden there is room for ball games and play or relaxation in one of the sun loungers. Not for rent to youth groups.

Das Haus war sehr modern eingerichtet, Man hat gesehen dass die Renovierung noch nicht langer zurück lag, Das helle Design & die liebevolle Dekoration haben es sehr gemütlich und wohnlich gemacht, Durch die 2 Siztmöglichkeiten konnte man sowohl vormittags als auch abends/nachmittags in der Sonne essen, Das Auto stand gut geschützt unter einem Carport & für Fahrräder und Strandsachen gab es auch eine geräumige Unterstellmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück,

Een heerlijk huis om te verblijven: ruim, licht, gezellig, van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel jammer dat de tuin niet meer overeenkomt met de foto’s op de website. De plantvakken zijn leeggehaald, de tuin is nu grotendeels een kale grasvlakte. “150m van de zee” klopt, maar wij verwachten dat je voor een fijne zwem- of strandplek naar verderop of elders moet (is voor ons nog niet relevant omdat het nu nog geen strandtemperaturen zijn)
