Description

About 300 meters from Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach you will find this cottage which has undergone an extensive renovation. The cottage is furnished with entrance hall and open kitchen to the cozy dining room and living room with access to the south-facing, covered terrace. It is energy-friendly, as there is both an air / air heat pump and a wood-burning stove. The house contains three bedrooms divided into double bed (180 cm wide), double bed (160 cm wide) and double bed with a bunk above (a total of 3 beds). Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. There are activity rooms where the whole family can enjoy billiards, darts and table tennis. Lovely large plot where you can sunbathe and frolic. Not for rent to youth groups.

Der Ofen und Grill waren sehr gut, Billardzimmer war klasse, Die Küche grundsätzlich auch, Nur der defekte Kühlschrank hätte ersetzt werden müssen, Der kleine Kühlschrank war zu laut und kühlte schlecht,

Die Lage mit 350 Meter zum Strand ist klasse, Aber auch das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, Die Ausstattung ist top, Gerade auch was Geschirr und Besteck bzw, Töpfe und Pfannen angeht, Da ist wirklich ausreichend vorhanden, Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr nett gemacht, Das Aktivzimmer mit Billard und Tischtennis ist schön, ok man kann da keine Turniere austragen da es einfach zu klein ist, aber als Spaß mit Kindern ist es wirklich toll,
