In connection with the dining area and the living room, respectively, the house has two good alcoves, where it is possible to enjoy a good book or Ipad and still be part of the community. From the living room and dining area there are sliding doors with access to 25 m2 large covered tiled terrace with large dining table to the south and lounge area to the west. Furthermore, there is a 10 m2 covered morning terrace in connection with the entrance. On the plot there are also football goals and sandpit. From the 1000 m2 large natural plot there are only approx. 300 meters to scenic dune area and the most beautiful white sandy beach, which is extremely child-friendly with the calm water. Not for rent to youth groups.
