In Kulhuse you will find this quietly located cottage. From the kitchen / living room and living room there are panoramic windows and direct access to the large terrace from 2021, where the grill can be lit, the wine pulled up and you can enjoy the sunset over the treetops. There is an open and bright kitchen / dining room and from there access to the living room. Furthermore, hallway, bathroom and outdoor shower. From the kitchen you can go out into a cozy, enclosed and secluded courtyard of approx. 40 m2, where you can also enjoy the silence and relax. There are two bedrooms, one of which has 1.40 x 200 cm double bed. The house is perfect for a family with children and the owners of the house provide various children's books and indoor and outdoor toys and games. In addition, there are i.a. two Trip Trap highchairs and travel cot. Lovely well-kept large garden with i.a. football goal, campfire site and sandbox. Not for rent to youth groups.

ruhig und angenehm

Das Haus verfügt über einen schönen großen Garten und ist trotzt des Eckgrundstückes sehr ruhig gelegen, In knapp 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, die Sraße führt direkt zum Meer :-) Als wir dort waren (AUG/2021) hatten wir den Eindruck viele der Eigentümer wohnen ständig dort - es waren sehr wenig ausländische Kennzeichen zu sehen, Die Lage des Hauses verspricht viele tolle Aktivitäten - es liegt sehr zentral um sich einiges anzugucken, Wir kommen gerne wieder,,,,,
