The house is equipped with an energy-friendly heating system via a solar panel and a heat exchanger system. Large bright kitchen with i.a. dishwasher, ceramic hob, Refrigerator and Samsung Dual-Cook convection oven. Three large bedrooms, all with double beds and closet space. Large bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The house has a large covered / open terrace with garden furniture as well as Weber gas grill and regular Weber grill. There is a direct private path from the house to the beach. Not for rent to youth groups.
