Description

This cottage has a fantastic location in Kysing Næs, located on the plot so it is always possible to find an area with shelter. The cottage is so close to the water that you can hear it. The house is continuously renovated and is practically furnished with 3 good bedrooms and living room in direct connection with the kitchen. The living room is equipped with skylights that provide great light throughout the house. From the living room there is access to the covered terrace, where summer evenings can be enjoyed, an obvious place for a cozy barbecue evening. Not for rent to youth groups.

Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind in einem guten Zustand, Alles ist gut gepflegt und die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Die Lage ist, ca, 100 m vom Meer, hervorragend und auch für Hunde gut geeignet, Es gibt leider nur 3 deutsche Fernsehsender aber im digitalen Zeitalter, wlan ist vorhanden, ist es kein Problem
