In the area there are plenty of opportunities for hiking - including on the famous Gendarmsti approx. 100 metres from the house. For anglers there are many opportunities as the coasts around Broagerland are known for their good sea trout fishing. The shopping happy guests can visit the nearby interesting towns Sønderborg and Flensburg.
