This cottage is located approx. 270 meters from one of Bornholm's best beaches, Bethesda, where the sand is so fine that it sings when you walk in it. In 2020, the house will have a large new conservatory to the west, which in addition to having a window in the entire gable is also equipped with skylights. In fact, the house is equipped with many skylights that provide light and lightness to all the rooms of the house. The kitchen is separate but open at one end towards the dining and living room with wood burning stove. The rooms are located on each side of the living room and there are two bathrooms. The house is insulated all year round and the owner lives in the house during the winter. Therefore, the house has a cozy and very personal expression. Most of the very large plot is laid out with grass, where there is plenty of space for outdoor activities for the whole family. The idyllic fishing village Snogebæk, with one of the two island ports on Bornholm, can be reached within 800 meters. Here you will find shopping opportunities, smokehouse, glassware, homemade ice cream and chocolate and several cozy cafes and restaurants. The house is secluded and there is both space for play and quiet. Not for rent to youth groups.
