Die tolle Aussicht vom Esszimmer und Garten aus über die umliegenden Häuser hinweg zum Fjjord, Die zentrale Lage, man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Lemvig, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, Die Umgebung ist sehr viel vielfältig mit dem Fjord, der Nordsee, vielen Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten
