The 161 interesting m2 on 2 storeys are tastefully furnished and offer a pool room with 18 m2 swimming pool and a 2-persons whirlpool. From one of the 2 bathrooms you have access to the sauna for 4 persons. From the pool room you have access to the upstairs dining room combined with the kitchen from 2004. Here you will also find the 28 m2 living room (with ocean views) elevated a few steps from the dining room and equipped with wood-burning stove and balcony.
