There is a large, combined living / dining room with direct access to one of the house's two terraces. The living room has i.a. TV and radio. The house is located on a 1400 m & # 178; large, secluded natural plot with direct access to the beach. There is both a morning terrace and a west-facing terrace. Not for rent to youth groups.
