The house has some sea views from the living room, while from the conservatory there is a nice sea view. The house contains a living room in open connection with the kitchen, conservatory, three bedrooms and bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. The house is decorated in a personal style with the main emphasis on well-being and cosiness. For cheap heating, a wood-burning stove is installed. The plot is flat natural plot surrounded by planting. A swing has been set up for the children. There is a carport and open terrace to the east and south. Not for rent to youth groups.
