In one of the east coast's most beautiful holiday home areas, Hejlsminde, you will find this well-appointed holiday home from 2021 located so that you have several places from the house and from the terrace overlooking the Little Belt. After a perhaps active day at the beautiful beach, you can e.g. relax in either the indoor hot tub for 2 people or the outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people. Mention should also be made here of the external sauna department, where you can also see the Little Belt. The house is newly built for the summer of 2021 and furnished with a sloping ceiling. Towards the large terrace area you get large windows, which make the house very bright. From the large kitchen / living room and the living room you have the large view to the terrace and the lovely jacuzzi. The equipment level in the cottage is like the cottage itself also from the top shelf, let us e.g. mention music class in a class of its own and a gourmet coffee machine that both grinds and brews coffee and picks up coffee recipes from all over the world online. Technically, you will find everything you could want, including air conditioning, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There is Chromecast on the TV and high speed internet with fiber connection. The TV is equipped with satellite dish and a large TV package with almost unlimited possibilities. There is a safe, just as you can connect and disconnect the house's alarm system. Finally, there is also ample opportunity to charge the electric cars with both CCS and CE connectors (both red and blue). The house is almost surrounded by terraces, from where you can enjoy the view and in general the outdoor life with e.g. grill and play or relax on a delicious daybed and watch the robotic lawnmower work completely silently. On the terrace you will also find the house's outdoor shower and on really hot days you can activate a refreshing & quot; micro-mist & quot; system that lowers the temperature.
