In an attractive area of Marielyst, close to the square, the center, the water, shopping and sights, is this cottage with whirlpool and sauna. The cottage is furnished with air / air heat pump and wood stove. There is a modern, open and bright kitchen with i.a. ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating and one with whirlpool for 2 people and good, large sauna. Washer and dryer available. Beautiful living room with lots of space and free, wireless internet and TV with German and Danish channels. Cot and high chair for the little ones. Two rooms with single beds and one room with double bed and annex with double bed. Large terrace with plenty of space to grill, sunbathe or sit under the covered area. There is also a morning terrace. Large plot with plenty of space for ball games and fun. Sandbox and slide for the little ones. Free admission to Swimming Center Falster and Nordfalster. Not for rent to youth groups.

SchÃ¶nes Ferienhaus, gute Raumaufteilung fÃ¼r mehrere Erwachsene (seperate Schlafzimmer beim Eingang sowie im NebengebÃ¤ude - letzteres allerdings ohne Heizung und Bad), dafÃ¼r zwei BÃ¤der im Haus (beide mit Dusche), KÃ¼che sehr gut ausgestattet, mehr als reichlich Geschirr, GlÃ¤ser etc, vorhanden, Nahe am Zentrum mit Supermarkt, CafÃ© und GeschÃ¤ften, Entfernung zum Meer etwas weiter aber OK, Zwei Terassen, beide mit Tisch + StÃ¼hlen ausgestattet,
