From the living room you can watch the 60 m² large pool room, which has plenty of floor space with tables and chairs. Enjoy the 18 m² large swimming pool, which is always heated no matter time of the year. If you would really like to relax, go for a good sweat in the sauna or use the whirlpool for 4 people. There is an activity room with exercise bike, rowing machine and a step machine. The well-equipped and functional kitchen offers cutlery for 36 people. It is combined with a 60 m² large living room and acts as the centre of the house. With its skylights the whole room is bright and welcoming. The house is allergy friendly as all carpets have been replaced with wooden floors. The house is surrounded by a 140 m² large wooden terrace, where you can enjoy a lovely barbecue night. There are swings and sandbox on the property. 2 cots, 2 high chairs and double carport at your disposal. There is an 18-course golf course nearby, from where you have a great view of the fjord and Kattegat. 50-100 metres away there is a Put and Take lake, mini-golf, grocer's and restaurant.
