Description

Unique location approx. 50 m from the ocean with views and fantastic panoramic views of the North Sea from the 1st floor living room. Access to the house is via the beach. The living room has high vaulted ceilings and a large west-facing panoramic window. Streaming is possible via Smart TV. Large, spacious bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space and 2 bathrooms with closets, one bathroom has a sauna. Designer kitchen. Open terraces to the East, South and West ensure you can enjoy the outdoors all day and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset both indoors and outdoors. Please note that due to the location of the house you might have to rinse the windows from salt water and sand. No letting to youth groups.
