Das Haus steht auf einen sehr guten Platz mit dem Gefühl daà man alleine in einem Waldstück wohnt, Es ist ein gut eingerichtetes Haus, Im Küchenbereich ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht, Selbst längere Zeit dort zu wohnen wäre absolut möglich, TV Programme aus diversen Ländern kann man Empfangen genau wie DAB Radio, DVD Player mit sehr vielen Filmen ist ebenso vorhanden
