Description
Large holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located in the 1st row at Rødhus' wide sandy beach. The house is 193 m² and equipped with 5 spacious bedrooms, swimming pool and whirlpool, sauna and 2 fully equipped bathrooms, conservatory and of course a large combined kitchen and living area. There are TVs and music systems in both the living room and conservatory. From here there is access to the terrace, ideal for outdoor living. In the conservatory you can sit in peace and enjoy the view over the dunes. The decor is bright and modern in the famous cottage style. There are several large windows, ensuring a beautiful natural light throughout the day, ensuring view of the dune area and a very small sea view. For low-cost heating there is an air-to-air heat pump as well as an air-to-water heat pump for heating the pool. The plot is a large dune plot bordering directly to the beach. Access to the beach is across the dunes and the distance is approx. 100 m. The water at Rødhus is in superior quality and has for several years been awarded the EU Blue Flag. Free admitrance to water park. Not for rent to youth groups.

Date of stay: April 2024 - May 2024Punten van het huisje: Drink glas kag stuk in de kast, dit opgeruimd. De kastjes en lades lagen etens resten. Servies was niet helemaal schoon. Open haard zat helemaal vol met as. Sauna wordt niet warm. Warm water werd gedurende de dag de kant van het zwembad niet meer warm. Zo konden we maar gebruik maken van 1 douche. Thermostaatkraan draait door zodat je niet op de juiste temp kan douchen. Blikken zijn er wel, geen stoffels. Bloempot vol met filters buiten. We hebben erg genoten, wat bovenaan staat is opbouwende feedback. De kids hebben genoten van het interne zwembad en de speelattributen buiten. De zee is op steenworp afstand.
