Holiday cottage located approx. 300 m from Ærø's north-facing coastline (Næbbet), which is an biotopes area with many rare birds and plants. Golf course approx. 500 m northwest from the house. There is a large living room with dining area on the ground floor. Here you will find the kitchen and bath. On the 1st floor there is a living room with high-vaulted ceiling. Here you will find also two beds. There are 2 highchairs and changing pad. Combined landscaped garden and patio. Indoor fish cleaning area in the utility room.
