Het is een prettig huis met ruime tuin waar de kinderen heerlijk kunnen spelen. Er is ook genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Wel moet je alles per auto of fiets doen in verband met de lange afstanden. Het is een rustig park, waar je dus heerlijk tot rust kan komen. Als je dit huis huurt, is het goed om direct lucifers, aanmaakblokjes en hout te regelen. Bij minder weer is het echt koud in huis. Dus de houtkachel moet je wel aan doen.
