The bathroom, kitchen, dining area and entrance hall have underfloor heating. The doors have been made extra wide to ensure wheelchair accessibility. A warm-air system heat pump has been installed for economical and eco-friendly heating. There are power plugs for charging electric cars. Remember to bring your own cable. Free admittance to water park. No letting to youth groups.
