Description

This thatched-roofed holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna is located in the attractive holiday destination of Blåvand, only a few minutes walk from the kilometre long sandy beach with a view to the lighthouse. The large swimming pool room has a whirlpool for 4-6 persons and a 24 m² swimming pool, a sauna and 2 showers for a quick rinse before you jump into the pool. The activity room with e.g. a billiard table will rapidly become the centre for family activities and pastime. The house is functionally and well-furnished in a Scandinavian style with comfortable furniture. The bedroom with 2 extra beds is in between another bedroom and a living room, allowing passage from one to the other. It only has a curtain and resembles an alcove bed. The well-appointed kitchen has 2 cookers, 3 fridges, a large freezer, cooker hood, coffee machine and 2 dish washers. There are 4 bathrooms of which 3 have underfloor heating. There is a baby changing table available. Several terraces surround the house and there is a patio with a gazebo and grill. This house is with its size and room division very suitable for families sharing. No letting to youth groups.

Het huis staat in een mooie natuurlijke omgeving. Veel ruimte rondom. De indeling van het huis is praktisch. Vanuit de huiskamer kijk je naar het zwembad zodat er goed toezicht is als kinderen in het bad zijn. De keuken is heerlijk ruim. De slaapkamers zijn daarentegen zeer klein. Een grote koffer kun je er vaak niet in kwijt. Wij waren met 11 volwassenen en 9 kinderen. De leefruimte was daar ook heel geschikt voor. Ook al omdat boven nog een speelruimte is. Daar is verbinding mee vanaf de keuken, zodat ook daar toezicht is vanaf beneden. minpunten het huis heeft effen zwarte plavuizen. Daar zie je alles op. Tweede minpunt het huis was niet goed schoon. Dikke lagen stof op plinten en lampen, vieze keukendeurtjes en schoenen van vorige gasten onder een bed. Het energie verbruik is erg hoog en de warmte capaciteit te laag. Tenslotte zat er een marternest in het dak. Dit gaf veel stank en lawaai overlast.
